I was super confused until I realized AltStore is just an EU thing.

iirc only PAL (nice analogy to NTSC hehe) is for EU users and it’s acknowledged as a third party market from Apple.

but AltStore Classic has always been able to sideload in-app (up to 3) after installing its server. I used to have it on my modem just for the sake of it lol
