I'm more excited about Pegues getting some goal-line handoffs.
It was a really interesting draft. Not at all what I was expecting.
Draft is so deep that pretty much every team had a good draft. Depth really benefited teams picking late in rounds. Chiefs, Eagles and Ravens had really good drafts, so don't like to see that. I am sure 49ers will get a terrible grade like last year when they got 4 starters and two contributors out of their draft haul, which is pretty damn good but pundits never like their picks.
I haven't even listened to much leaguewide coverage and I've already heard some bad grades for the 49ers.
They reached for a bunch of guys but they always do that. It was a good draft. I would have liked for them to get another EDGE or CB and not wait so long to go OLine but first 5 picks all Defense at positions of need, I can't complain.
Some really good undrafted free agents available too. 49ers will pick up more guys,
I think he is like Taysom Hill and can play a bunch of spots. Not sure if he plays any of them well.
