Good one! Did the Ataris have any other notable tracks? Now you have me thinking about other bands whose biggest/only hit was a cover.

None that I know of. It reminds me of that band that did the alt rock Smooth Criminal cover. I forget what the name of the band is but that was a good cover and I don't think they had any other songs.
