Weekly tags. Just did my weekly 5k. 6:30 pace. Battling a bug and it was windy. On the plus side the plantar fasciitis is much better!

I’m keen on whatever motivates each of us. At age 45, I can only run hard one day a week, so I’ll be accountable to post that run, may throw in others too.

I like the weekly post having the community getting together in one post together but I see the bitcoin puppy likes to post every run but that’s also to stimulate some post activity on the territory
