Today I want to share with you a very fun experience I had a few days ago. In my city there's a unique restaurant that differentiates itself from all the others because they have ponds where they raise their own fish, and people who visit the place can fish them and then they are prepared as lunch, directly from the pond to the plate!
The restaurant is located in the mountains of the Chorro del Indio National Park in San Cristobal, Tachira, Venezuela. It is surrounded by mountains and nature, has a very fresh atmosphere and extremely clean air, as well as beautiful views!

All the photos were taken with my Canon R8 camera and a 50mm lens.

The entire restaurant had a cabin-type architecture, something very typical in this area.

The decoration inside the restaurant also matched the cabin theme:

The restaurant is run by the owner himself. As I saw they had some antique objects, I asked the owner about them and he told me they were part of a history collection called "La Venezuela de antier" (The Venezuela of Yesterday). He invited me to go to the area and photograph it:

There were literally all kinds of antique objects:

The owner of the restaurant is constantly adding new objects to his collection because he hopes to one day make a museum with all these things.

In another part of the restaurant I saw this beautiful cat (I love pets) and together with the decoration and colors, it resulted in one of my favorite photos:

And after the whole tourist tour we started to get hungry and went straight to the main attraction of the place, the ponds where the fish are!

They have two types of fish: Cachama and Pargo. You can choose which one you want.

After fishing, we went to the table and I chose salad and fried plantains to accompany my fish. About 15 minutes later the food was ready:

The truth is that the food was delicious and for a price of $10 per plate, I think it's a very good price since the whole experience in general was very fun. It's definitely a place I would return to in the future and I recommend it 100%.
That's awesome! I love visiting unique special places like that for long lasting memories.
