In terms of total value destruction, I'd say it's Disney Star Wars. Wokeness wasn't their only problem, but I think it was a big part of it, especially the practice of promoting people to run Star Wars who don't actually understand what people love about the franchise.
The most acute single incident was probably getting Dylan Mulvaney to promote Budweiser
It's tough with Star Wars, because it was basically never good after the first trilogy, so it's hard to blame wokeness for ruining it. Fundamentally, I think it was a universe that was never really meant to be elaborated on.
I see the the destruction of the MCU as more fitting here. They created the most successful franchise in film history and promptly transitioned into throwing it away in pursuit of overtly woke objectives.

I can't believe that they're still making those movies.

Episodes I to III are absolutely epic and the only reason you do not like them is that you are old and you saw them long after the original trilogy.

I'm still not convinced that D Mulvaney wasn't a really clever psyop.
Transgender people are not like that at all.

God the star wars thing was a wild ride. It went on for years because they just continued to double down and release more garbage.
