I can't agree. Most of US cities are much more sanitized and cleaner than the developing nations especially in the SE Asia

That was pretty common 10 years ago everywhere in India, especially in sub urban and rural India.

However you can still instance people peeing in the open.

Yupp. As I said it's improved drastically. You won't see it very often now.

I don't understand the mentality. They are shameful to take the covering of the wall but they aren't shameful to stand ob the piss.
