Prev issues #940562

Easter edition was always going to suck, eh. Today? No workout, lots of food, dinner with fam and friends (friends, it turns out, are pregnant! This demographic-decline thing y'all talk of, I don't see it in my own life...)
Saturday: 101 pushups (2x5 wake-up; 10 regs, 11 regs, 5 fingertips, then 5x510 and then missing 15 later in the day). Also full gym session with handstand play and some lifting Sunday: chill... but also hangover from best friend's wedding (#942031), so um, I'm excused. Monday: 65 pushups (5x10 + 10 on paralletes + 5 extra) + short gym session in the morning. Travel day for the afternoon/evening, so plenty of airport walking. Tuesday rest, short walk in the park + 2x5 pull-ups at the outdoor gym (I'm rusty, and weak and out of shape!) Wednesday: 45 (15 regs, then 20 regs, then 10 regs -- all spread throughout the day Thursday 100 (apparently I miscalculated??): 4x15 + 2x10 + 5 diamond + 10 + 5 diamond as finish
Friday: freakin' nada... today we rested and died, like my man Jesus. Ate a bunch of food.

Also, I gotta say: after a day or two of rest, cranking out 100 push-ups yesterday was a piece of cake. Mostly rounds of 15, no troublez.
I guess that's some sort of improvement. Next week, back to freakin work, bitches. At least @realBitcoinDog is finally making some progress. The purple monkey will as well! #933248
