A random thought I just had: What if draft order was based off of umpire/referee score card. Example: Team that had the most blown calls against them get the highest draft position.

Baseball doesn't seem to have the same tanking issue as other sports.

But I have been hearing people come up with a ton of different ways to prevent tanking in other sports.
