Stacker Sports sources confirm the Maple Mashers held a closed door meeting today in response to the teams terrible performance to start the 2025 Fantasy Baseball League season.

While acknowledging the teams week 1 victory against @Jer’s humble plebs, and suggesting there was no shame in losing the following week to fantasy savant @NEEDcreations’ Need’s Lightning Legends, apparently team manager @grayruby was incensed over the recent week’s defeat to what he described as “a nameless, second rate franchise, run by a basketball guy”. Sources would not confirm who he was referring to but we presume it was @Undisciplined and his ridiculously named team, which is also known as Undisciplined.

There were also reports of a lot of expletives and boomer terms being used at the meeting. I can’t confirm or deny, but it is rumoured at one point while addressing the team @grayruby said “you overpaid whippersnappers better shape up or ship out”.

Will the heated closed door exchange give the team the jolt it needs to get back on track this week against @Cje95’s Sugar land Skeeters or will the team fall further behind heading into next week’s rivalry match against @supercyclone’s Super Cyclones?
