with bitrefill I could pay the gas for the car if I am not refilling at my local gas-station (where I pay directly in sats). There's a company that I can refill their "credit-cards" on bitrefill with sats and pay at the station when is needed.

Are not visa fiat cards. Are gas company cards, like gift cards. I use them few times only because are not in my area.
