If one can have fun even when he/she is in want or lacks sufficiency,, then that person ain't poor. Poverty is a state of mind that drains you psychology aside it's physical effects on you. So if you can have fun that means there's a vibrant soul in you and that soul can achieve anything including wealth, in that case you ain't poor.
