I've created an adaptation on an older idea to have playing cards serve as entropy for a seed phrase. I've created two versions: one where the user can manually shuffle two decks of cards and have a perfectly equally fair entropy on 2048 words. Another version is the automated version, where the entropy from lavarand is used to shuffle these same decks (check the "how it works" for details. I believe this is one of the best ways to quickly and securely create a seed, certainly because everyone has some playing cards lying around and can do this fairly easy. (the list of card pairs is included in the instructions). It's all open sourced as well...
