Adoption’s not coming from going back to custodial wallets, or convincing your neighborhood barista to accept bitcoin. it’s coming from building more ways to actually use Bitcoin on the web.

I second this. Normies don't care if your solution is most utopian (non-custodial, decentralized, traceless).

All they care is:

"Am I able to use this friction-less" - ease of use,

"Are you satisfying my need for instant gratification" - dopamine high,

"Are you adding more pleasure to my life" - making things intuitive.
