curious if there’s any culture or etiquette around dominating the posts in a territory. Don’t want to overtake the space... I do think i'm adding value but I want to check if anyone has any advice / opinions
Screenshot for example:
Former major league pitcher, David Price, used to hang a sign above his locker that said "If you don't like it, pitch better". I would say if stackers don't like one person dominating a territory they should post more.

I've throttled my posts back in the past, because I felt like Stacker News was becoming the @Undisciplined show and I prefer hearing from other people.
If you think it's too much, you can always pace yourself. You're definitely not the first person to come flying in with lots of posts, though, and most of us appreciate some new blood in the mix.
reply
Not sure. @Undisciplined and @siggy47 both seem OK with me on occasion filling up their respective territories

Every response I'm thinking of sounds fairly porn-y,

Give it to me... baby.

No culture. If you share good stuff, you share good stuff. If you don't, you don't. Dominate with good stuff would be preferred and I like most of what you share.
