I actually watched this before making my own post on it (#937463). It actually inspired me to do my own deep dive, because some of his critiques were silly, like the asterisks, or the sign of $ϵ$. No one cares about that dude, and I think most professionals would find it a bit bush league to criticize the format in which people write their equations. But I do find it amusing that I probably know how to put math on a website better than the entire USTR.

But his mathematical analysis is basically right.
