New stacker here....and @grayruby...
Found SN? Randomly on r/Bitcoin when someone mentioned it in a "where do we go after Reddit burns down?" thread.
Getting started? Easy, but the site looks like it was designed by a coder who hates colors. And the Cowboy Credits? I thought this was some weird cowboy RPG at first...
Lightning skills? I've zapped a Sat or two in my time...
FAQ? Skimmed it like a Terms of Service—only read the parts when I messed something up.
Wallet? Added one.... just need the phone and keys now!
First week? Decent, maybe went a little crazy with posts, but was just trying to find out how active communities are here. Kinda feels like half the posts are just Bitcoiners yelling at ghosts. Needs more users, more weirdos, and fewer manifestos lol

Thanks for sharing your early experience. SN has a lot more discussion than just bitcoin. There are over 50 territories but granted we are all bitcoiners and it is a small community so Bitcoin posts tend to attract more attention, comments and zaps.

Oh for sure, as I've discovered from my first few days here. Very glad to have found this community, time will only bring more growth!
Just like one very favourable digital asset we all know and love...

I keep waiting for a "turn on dark mode" button that doesn't exist.
We have dark mode, the button is in the footer:
