pull down to refresh

I can but I have no stamina in it, i don't think I could get through more than 5. One thing I am proud of is that after 40 years on earth I can still do a pull up, and then continue to wriggle/pull myself all the way up and over the bar, and then climb up and stand on the bar. It's not exactly a smooth motion and it leaves horrible bruising around my rib cage because again, no conditioning there, but it's cool to still be able to pull it off. I'd love to be able to do muscle ups one day but I don't even know where to begin.
