Wow. I wonder if the next generation of racers will be even better due to how sophisticated racing simulators have become and they have essentially been racing for 10 years before they even get in a car.
Yup just like aircraft.

Yeah, they train a lot on simulators these days. However those who aim to become professional racers, they actually get into real, albeit smaller, cars at a very early age around 6 or 7.

Yupp.
I guess it requires a lot of mental and physical toughness to become a F1 driver, they start it so early.

That's because you don't put your life on the line in other games.
Have you ever tried 200 mph? I've done 130 mph on a kawasaki for 5 minutes, tbh I felt like my body was flying for hours after that.
In a car, I did around the 150 mph, which again left my body lighter and mind completely numb for some time.
