I do turbo zaps. Typically, that's one zap for comments and two for posts.

Ahh ok. So you actually zapped it twice. I thought it was zapped only only once because I got only one notification. 
The second zap counted to CC because of the "default fee being high". That's okk.

I don't know why (or how), but you got 39 sats from my first zap and 338 cc's from my second. I didn't have that many Cowboy Credits in my wallet, so there must have been a problem getting the second zap to your wallet.
