Does anyone else notice that there has been an increase in lightning network spam advertising lately? I don't want to call out any specific companies, but my node does receive these 1 sat message transactions fairly frequently. They don't really bother me, and a sat is a sat. I do wonder whether this may come to be seen as a viable way for advertisers to reach bitcoiners.
Any tips on getting more of this spam?

I rethought the whole thing since posting. I just signed up to receive ads from Satogram:

Agreed! Spam my node all day, thanks for the sats! If there is a problem, it’s a UX issue. LN wallet visualizers should have a filter setting to hide tx under some specified threshold.

I see it a lot on the orange pill app.
1 sat zaps are kind of annoying. If its a company sending out 1 sat it makes me think that they don't believe much in the company if that's how they value my attention.
The again these 1 or 2 sat replies to post on SN I don't seem to get the same reaction.

I do not consider it a spam. They pay the fee, so they are entitled to send whatever they want. Sometimes is good advertising, not always bullshit.

I do get those from time to time, but not that many, most of them come from Satogram. I wouldn't consider this as spam as they're paying me for it, I'd even say this is how advertisement should work, you want my attention, you pay me sats.

Good point. They are paying. I forgot about satogram.

I only have ever noticed it coming from large exchange/wallet nodes.
Maybe if it increases it will create incentive for node runners not to connect to them. Not sure, at what point (if) it would get that bad.

I haven't noticed, but I also don't check all my transactions.
