We've come a looong way, friends: Twelve weeks of fitness/lazybones reporting. Who can tell how many more there'll be?!

Slow week, and not for lazybones-y reasons. Really hammers home the point that injuries set you back aaaaa lot!
Sunday: 25 (15 wide + 10 regs) Monday: 0, skip everything (though some stretching, a long walk, and pool time Tuesday: 15 pushups... still hurts a lot. Held downdog for 20-30 seconds at a time during the day (which doesn't hurt). Then pool... Wednesday: 15 wide, still pain Thursday: 5... hurts only at extreme top position so I did 2x20 pumps (=not going all the way up to plank position) Friday: Nada -- travel day (...but a couple thousand steps at airport) Saturday (so far): 15 regs, 5 Japanese.

All is not bad... my god was I happy about my handstand hold this week (#933248). Also: my wealth reflection post (#929023) made it top story on SNL, and as I mention in there I have been dogsitting for a week so there's been plenty of walks.
peace out, frenz.
I never managed to figure out handstands. For some reason, inverted balance never came very easily to me. I was in my mid-20's before I could even do a proper cartwheel.
