I'm not often into TA, but sometimes the stars just align just right.

Historically, when the VIX (Volatility of S&P 500 Index) is high and Bitcoin is relatively low, Bitcoin pumps shortly after. Hence, when BTCUSD/VIX is low, it signals a good buying opportunity.

I'm already on zero, so I have no "dry powder" to deploy. I just thought I'd put this out there.
