My wife's family has several members with this disease, including her aunt who passed away a year ago.
And all I can say is that the process of undergoing dialysis is horrible!

No, thank God, my wife is healthy.
But in her family, cousins do have polycystic kidney disease, and they're going to have to go through dialysis.
It's not pleasant at all.
