There's [zaplocker](https://github.com/supertestnet/zaplocker#four-problems-zaplocker-solves) today (it locks liquidity on the route so people hate it). We'll eventually see async payments via LSPs but they are still being spec'd out.

Is it not possible to receive lightning payments if your node goes offline?  Can it be engineered so that you can?
