Curious what happens here if you have a credit card balance with them? Can you just pay off the minimum until they go insolvent? Or would your credit take a hit if they sell your debt to another company?
If I had a card with them I would have tried to ring up some purchases over the last few days...
The credit card is "serviced by Deserve, Inc. and issued by Evolve Bank & Trust" so I doubt BlockFi going bust has any bearing on card users' obligations.
Yeah, I liked the credit card, though I held no balance with the lending part. I bought coffee and then tried to buy lunch 20 min later and it was declined. Had a hunch it had gone belly up.
