Super was only confused because he probably hadnt actually researched the protocol he was testing yet. The article reads like discovering a hidden secret, but we had already told the world how it works and why, he was just coming from a Nostr mindset.

I guess I'll also note that Pubky was not designed "to compete with Nostr" -- this vision predates Nostr and is my vision for fixing the web in a way that unlocks free markets.

Believe it or not, this same vision also helped inspire Nostr too, long ago.
