Heading to Cape Verde off the coast of Senegal for the latest trip of Spanish windsurfer Marc Paré, who enjoyed the waves of Sal Island.
When it comes to tackling waves in windsurfing, Marc Paré is one of the best in the world. The Spaniard once again proves he belongs to the elite of international waveriders with his latest trip to Cape Verde’s Sal Island.
'Cape Verde has always been one of those places I wanted to ride someday,' he explains. 'But due to injuries and other trips, I never had the chance to go. This time, I was at home with no plans, and when I checked the forecast, I didn’t think twice—I just went for it! The wind was offshore and light most days, and I only caught 3 to 5 waves per session, but the wave quality made up for it—every ride was an absolute dream!'"
