Another week, another workout misery!

Nah, not quite. But I have an injury in my right external oblique that won't go away, and the space-between-the-bone-and-muscle in my right arm (hurts like crazy when trying to do pull-ups), so those have def limited me a bit last seven days. (and an average of about 56 push-ups a day is pretty SHIT when the target is 100... it's always those 1-2 days of the week where I don't really get around to doing much workout that pull down the average)
Saturday: 65 pushups (15+10+10+10 regs, 10 parallettes and deep, 10 explosive) + a Chris Heria session
Sunday: 45 pushups (15+10+ (5x5) with 10-second sideplanks in-between—maybe here is where I injured myself??)
Monday: 103 2x5+10 in the morning, then rounds of 15 instead: 5x15... plus a few stray extras for good measure
Tuesday 26 (16 pushups in the morning + 10 wide) —was travelling, so I'm sort of excused!
Wednesday: 35 10+10+5+10 wide and a Chris Heria routine
Thursday: 69 (10+10+10+3, and then 16+15 wide and 5 diamond). Stupid number—not on purpose!—but then again you asshats aren't doing you part with BTC/USD #100adayuntil100k (#908702) so I don't have to do hundred pushups either. Did another Chris Heria as well.
Friday: 50 (5+15+20+10)—pretty interesting that I can sometimes do 20 pushups in one go these days.
In other news, I've been out walking a lot plus sitting in the pools. Oh, and @Shugard has bullied me into doing plank-holds again, which I haven't done in about a year, so I definitely suck. The target is 3 minutes, and in my ~2-attempts-a-day I usually manage one and fall disastrously short on the other:

YOU SUCK! Today you only did a 2 minute plank!
But yeah, we both suck...
Why is the 3 minute mark so hard all of a sudden?
