Dónde cambiar Bolivares por USD?

Escribo por lo siguiente, tengo un amigo en Caracas que necesita cambiar Bolivares por USD o alguna moneda estable ya que tiene que hacer pagos a proveedores extranjeros.
Qué opciones recomiendan? Su empresa por ahora no tiene BTC, pero creo que ya lo están considerado...

En Venezuela las personas usan proveedores para estos servicios, ejemplo como Binance u otras app de cambios.
También podrías obtener SATS con los bolívares (lnp2pbot de Telegram es ideal para esto) y luego cambiar en un DEX (ehem Trocador) a USDT. Y realizar el pago correspondiente.

Have you been to Venezuela? Many people still use Bs to pay...
The hard part is getting some USD to pay international providers.
