As you may be aware last February 24th, Lifpay suspended their services. They left a message in their website and sent emails to their customers explaining the steps to take to withdraw the sats they had in their wallets as it was no longer available to be sent somewhere else.
They mentioned in the email that users had 60 days to withdraw the sats, through a process to request the refund.
Basically, it involved sending an email, including your registered email in Lifpay, your lightning address in Lifpay, your sats balance, a screenshot of latest transactions and the preferred refund method.
I did it last March 15th and just received it today.
Thanks to @LifPay for processing it quickly and if you had some funds there, you still have some time to claim them.
