MIME type is video/mp4. But if I download the video, I also get no video, only sound.

The issue is that the original is Apple Quicktime:

frostr-demo-3.mp4: ISO Media, Apple QuickTime movie, Apple QuickTime (.MOV/QT)The one you uploaded and that works on my machine is "regular MP4":
