Are those the points you can use for the draws they have? I don't pay attention to that. I have no idea.
You can withdraw them for 1 point = 1 sat when you reach 100k. You can also do some other things like playing Wheel of fortune, buying some raffles, I guess, hoard them till they get you an iPhone and many others.
But the best worth imo is to withdraw them once you've reached 100k.
TBH I never had a bet on freebitcoin before my congregation with @Undisciplined's RBOA but I used to play roll and win with the faucet sats and got lucky once to get 88k sats withdrew them and got lucky again then I withdrew 30k and because of playing that game my points increased upto 90k.
Because I don't play that now, they are increasing very slowly.

Yes. You don't get them for betting. You get them from faucet and by playing games.
I get them now by running free wheel of spin that they send with a promotional mail. Today I got 1100 sats. 🤓

You do get rewards points for betting. I don't recall how much, but I usually get a few hundred from my RBOA bets.

Then why didn't I get them? I remember I looked at the difference in points after making bets.
