Good post! Thanks for the information. Yes, sometimes things can take forever. I was, and still am a little green. I used to make an offer, and it never occurred to me that it might be accepted while I'm sleeping. Then, I almost lost my bond once since the three hour window almost passed while I slept. Now I hit the pause offer button every night before bed.
