About to get a bitax finally and looking at their store (bitronics ) - anyone else from Euopre ordered from them ?

i had emailed them a question before and never got a reply so thought i would ask since i don't want to spend hundreds of dollars and then be ignored

Have you tried to contact them via Telegram ?

i dont use telegram, but will reach out there, i was hoping they were on nostr or something, but doesn't look like they have an account

Support seems to be bad to response, but at a technical level and craftsmanship, they are the best. I saw they hardware in some events, good guy.

following up on this, looking at the group on telegram it seems to mostly be people asking where to buy in europ, over and over

OT: I don't know WHY so many bitcoiners and meetups use telegram to communicate.

All the most popular app (whatsapp, telegram and signal ) are no more :(
