pull down to refresh

I've just read about the so-called Fat Men's Clubs, which were popular in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The weight requirement was 91 kg, I mean, that’s not really a lot, is it?
being overweight was seen as a sign of economic success, and was also thought to correspond with kindness and good humor
91kg back then would be rare I’d think now every other person is close to that.. or past it
