See Strike Twitter. Their system slowed down due to the high volumes and something related to "their suppliers"
They also recommend a different method to buy to avoid this issues. Sending dollars to a lightning or Bitcoin address! You can send dollars put a BTC address and they will transform it for you without having to buy
Also, If you try again, it will probably work
