I temporarily used to have one baby when I was 10-11. I still remember how much it loved to sit on the shoulder.
However from experience I can tell you, it's really difficult to pet them in case you have roaming monkeys all around. They never like pet monkeys.

As I said it was temporarily with us for it was of a driver who worked for some time with us and he left it with us for around 15-20 days. He used to carry that monkey with him on the truck. So, when he returned the monkey went with him and by that time my love was also over for the monkeys.

Baby monkeys are really cute to pet, but once they grow up, it's hard to rear and care them.
