Today was a very tough day for everyone in crypto community. Emotions were high and people lost so much money. I took a hard hit for sure, it was tough seeing how my portfolio is dropping lower and lower. The whole day was a rollercoaster of emotions.

At the end of it I realized one simple truth that I think everyone should remember: No matter what happens, the most important thing in life is not money, but a human connection. As long as you have a friend, a wife, brother or sister, any living soul to share the joy of life - nothing else matters.

Markets will be going up and down, economies collapsing. At the end none of that will matter. So no matter how bad you feel today about crypto meltdown, try to step away from your computer or a phone, and go for a dinner with your girlfriend. Have a conversation with your wife about why you love each other. Call your parents and tell them how much you miss them. Meet up with a friend who you haven't seen in a while.

I promise if you do this, it will make your day so much better. I know this because it made my day so much better!
