He was getting better but then the disease got him back, even after intense treatment and force feeding. He didn't want to eat anymore and that was consuming him slowly until he couldn't move anymore. Was really painful to see him suffering. I tried to give him all the comfort possible, didn't want to put him down, I couldn't do it.
Its painful to watch.

I think so, but only on the Cycladic Islands. It sounds very similar to the Aruba Cunucu dog. I guess the Aegean cats are now being bred by humans.
