TLDR: The author thinks that Satoshi Nakamoto is an Australian cypherpunk named James A. Donald.
Evidence is based on usage of rare words like "hosed" and "fencible", as well as an obituary of someone named "Satoshi Nakamoto" in the town that Donald lived during the time.
