The broccoli sprouts I started growing the other day are definitely growing.
I only used 2 tablespoons of seeds, and the sprouts almost take up half of the 1L jar after a few days.
I’ll keep watching them in the next day or two, and will probably eat them on Friday.
They look pretty strange, but they’re starting to smell like broccoli now, which is reassuring.

if they’re mature florets, i’d say steamed… but i think i’ll try these ones fresh from the jar
