I'm already pretty far into my scientific career so i do understand the value and importance of writing. It's the only way to give back to the community that pays for your salary. This piece is a pretty good summary for early career scientists.

The author does seem to have some dogmatic points against LLM, but that doesn't take away from the overall message of the article.
