NWC for receiving must not be able to pay invoices because we store it on the server. We don't store spending creds on the server EVER (we don't store email addresses in plaintext with accounts either ... we hash them).
If you've KYC'd into primal, use NWC for sending and lightning address for receiving.
It took a few tries but I got Blink connected! I didn't understand at first that there were separate API keys for sending and receiving.
