My mom had a cat that looked like that. She insisted she was a Russian Blue, but we found her on a NYC street. I think a lot of cats look like this, but I'm not sure if they are actually the breed of you examine them genetically.

Here in my town too, lots of street cats are roaming around. Their fur looks similar to many cats and might be of a different breed. Here's an image of a cat my friend has. He sent me this few months months ago, he got it from another friend.
