Learn how hypermedia, the revolutionary idea that created The Web, can be used today to build modern, sophisticated web applications, often at a fraction of the complexity of popular JavaScript frameworks.

I like HTMX. Very simple for much wow.
This meme might look backwards but I think it’s true if we’re talking about simplicity and you only need maybe 80% of what SPA frameworks have to offer:

Been prototyping stuff with the Bun + Elysia + HTMX stack for a bit and I can't think of anywhere it's been deficient in the traditional sense, its only because of decentralized/stand-alone client architecture that we can't really use in wallet or nostr apps
But it has gotten the wheels turning though on how some of that can be re-architected... imagine instead of just running an umbrel at home and connecting with a fat client your umbrel delivered the whole client

Yeah, same here with Golang+Templ+HTMX. I’ve been trying to avoid writing my own JS as much as possible with this stack and it’s been working great so far.
Have you tried Hyperscript?
reply
Hyperscript
Have not but probably should, looks like a more gooder way to work with localStorage in the htmx clients

My first impression without actually using it was that it might be overkill but I still want to try it

I am not an expert in programming, but I am interested in learning slowly, because learning is also important from now on so as not to be left behind by the developments of the times, thank you for reminding me, my friend.
