For everybody, but it's really hard because it means a lot more freedom but also a lot more responsibility and that's why most people hate freedom. Nonetheless I am also hosting almost everything I use and I am very glad when I find someone that wants to do the same, step by step and I always help such people. Maybe bitcoin will put more incentives to that, because people will care much more about privacy and security. Time will tell.
