If you're following this series then that's just fantastic! The journey to strong cum is long and hard. Most people begin to feel the magic after two weeks of following my cum-boosting diet. Bocconcini Cheese

Two key nutrients that will help to establish a strong cum-base are calcium and protein, both which you can find in abundance in this cum-boosting food. Plus, when you eat foods that have the such a beautiful round shape resembling the gonads, you will know, "this is how nature intended it."
There are many ways you can eat this fantastic food, but my preferred way is plain with a bit of fresh basil. You can even drizzle balsamic all over it. I call this my magical salade

Calf Liver

Preparing liver can be tricky, as people usually end up with lots of blood that they consider a nuisance and pour down the drain. You'll want to soak your liver in milk and you have a great cum-booster! Add lots of onions (3/ every 2lbs of liver) and tomatoes when you cook it. Add salt and pepper generously. It will taste fantastic.
Everyone knows you shouldn't eat liver every day, so space it out. You'll want to be eating liver at least once per week for the first month of your cum development. Liver contains what dietitians refer to as "good cholesterol," and this will help maintain a healthy blood supply to your gonads -- you will see extraordinary results. It also contains vitamin A, which is an excellent cum support.
But, be careful with iron, because too much can lead to diminishing returns1. Don't eat red meat every day, even though it might have other magical properties -- stay focused on cum development and don't be lured into other dietary fads. Follow these dietary tips and try to maintain an otherwise whole-foods-based diet. You will start to feel extraordinary.
