It seems it wasn't working for 128k sats but it's worked for 100 sats and then I withdrew 100k it also worked.

Probably, old version of App is cached on your browser. Can you close your browser and refresh, perhaps logout and login again. I tested, invoice also works.
Also we have strong rate-limiting on withdraw, please wait at least a minute before you retry withdraw again.
