No meditation. I read and walk in nature to relax my mind.
It warmed up quite a bit yesterday, so we went out for a family walk.
Sorry that was an old question. I've edited it now. Please tell us about your prudence on water intake routine.
Unless I'm doing rigorous exercise, I don't drink water. It undermines our body's production of endogenous water, which helps burn fat and clean up dead cells.
I do drink coffee, juice, and tea, though.
What! You mean you don't even care to drink 3-4 litres of water if you're not vigorously exercising?
Nope. I probably haven't had a glass of water in over a year. I do drink a lot of coffee in the morning though. Also, I usually eat fairly watery foods, like soups/curries and fruit.
Alright. So your water intake comes not directly from plain water but you certainly take rge required amount of it. Great knowledge about endogenous water! Thanks.
Having a hard time keeping up with stuff right now with my sister in town. Doing my best, but next couple weeks ate going to be crazy.
Oooh, you saved another round of boos by making a commitment for the next couple of weeks.
I think you should make some short schedules than keeping up with hourly ones. You can exercise anytime. Just find out which ones you can do at different times.
My water routine is ..
1 glass in the morning.
1 after taking bath.
1 after after lunch (after half an hour).
1 - 2 before evening.
1 before evening breakfast.
1 - 2 half an hour before going to bed.
No way!
Your mornings are afternoons for everyone else. Nobody's buying the lies in the club!
So, you deserve a boooooooo.
Sorry team I didn’t work out yesterday. To be honest I could have but then said I’d do it after dropping kids to school then I just didn’t
Day 514 of 100+ pushups per day; day 413 of 120+ pushups per day, sets breakdown:
4x36 normal/narrow; Total: 144
Work lunch break run in the Sun! Time to get the endorphins going and my focus will be on for my afternoon meetings!
JUDO TONIGHT, BITCHES!!
Let's throw some big dudes on the mat
Seriously? I remember you were given a good lesson by the kids last time you were on the mat with them!
The week is starting and I have already reduced my portions, we will see the results of this next Friday.
Excellent! Keep on progressing day by day.
About water, I am following or trying to follow a practice like this. Drinking at least 3 liters of water per day and reducing the salt in my meals to a maximum of 5 grams per day. My goal is to reduce fluid retention.
